Born and raised in the beautiful Hudson Valley, Town of New Windsor, NY, my passion for cooking was ignited at a young age. Growing up in a region known for its rich agricultural heritage, I was exposed to an abundance of fresh, locally sourced ingredients. This upbringing instilled in me a deep appreciation for quality produce and inspired me to pursue a career in the culinary arts.

After completing my education at The Culinary Institute of America, I embarked on an exciting journey that has taken me to some of the most prestigious kitchens around the world. From mastering the art of French cuisine under Gordon Ramsay’s guidance to honing my skills in Italian cuisine with Michael White, I have had the privilege of learning diverse culinary techniques and styles.
